First and foremost our support and prayers are with Jacob Blake, Joseph Rosenbaum, Anthony Huber, Gaige Grosskreutz, and their families. Unfortunately we all know the justice system is not about what you know to be true but what you can prove. We called on a friend of the pod and President of the Sacramento Chapter of the National Lawyers Guild Kim Elizabeth who appeared on Episode 2 "Protests and Chill" to help us navigate and give her legal perspective on the Kenosha police shooting of Jacob Blake and the killing of two people and injury of one by Kyle Rittenhouse during a Kenosha Protest.
