We are back for Season 3! For the 41st Episode of The Reverb Experiment Podcast we are joined by Shanice and Chenee both co-owners of the non profit origination SAC Connect. During a very candid and informative interview, we discuss everything from the supposed mental health crisis, substance abuse amongst our youth, and learning how to unpack and handle your emotions. Staying on topic with mental health, for our newest segment of the show "Violence or Silence" we react to video collage of Antonio Brown discussing his mental health and how it has related to his antics as of lately. We concluded this episode with The Internet Wins Again and talk about Nick Cannon's recent comments about not being comfortable with brining sex toys into the bedroom.

Shanece and Chenee developed SAC Connect in 2018 to address the unmet needs of youth, young adults, and families in the African American Community specifically focusing on access to mental health and wellness services and interventions specific to this community.
